FX has officially given a series order to the limited drama thriller titled The Veil, which hails from Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight. Golden Globe and Emmy winner Elisabeth Moss has signed on for the leading role in the miniseries, which is being developed for Hulu.“We’re excited to continue our partnership with Steven Knight on The Veil and thrilled to have Elisabeth Moss sign on for the lead role,” FX’s President of Original Programming, Nick Grad said in a statement (via Deadline). “Steven’s scripts are riveting and no doubt will showcase Elisabeth’s exceptional talent.”RELATED: The Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 Teaser Previews June vs. Serena ShowdownThe Veil will be written and executive produced by Steven Knight. Moss, Denise Di Novi, Nina Tassler, and Lindsey McManus are executive producing.
