( Preheat the oven to 375° F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.2. Place 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of the pan.3. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the spinach, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup of Parmesan cheese.4.
